We at Big Motoring World like to think of ourselves as a small
big company or a big small company in other words big enough to
cope small enough to care. Having supplied prestigious pre-owned
motor vehicles for over 20 years we can offer a comprehensive
all round sales package.
Step1 ( Sourcing our stock )
Our quality used vehicles are located by our professional buying
team headed by Mr Peter Waddell ( Twenty years buying
experience). Peter and his team hand pick vehicles from the
likes of BMW UK, BMW Financial Services, Lloyds Blackhorse,
Royal Bank Of Scotland, HSBC, Alphabet Leasing plus many other
city banks and corporations. We also buy our Audi's direct from
Audi Invitation sales such is the buying power of our company.
This must surely show the pedigree and value of our stock.
Step 2 ( Preparation part I )
At Big Motoring World we have a fully equipped workshop
department with MOT and Service facility. Our workshop staff is
made up of ex main agent trained technicians which is headed by
our workshop manager Mr Bob Ralph CAE AMAMI with his foreman Mr
Bob Ruprah AT AMAI. So once again we can offer a wealth of
knowledge and experience to our customers. As part of our after
sales backup we even run a fleet of courtesy cars.
( Preparation part II )
We run a fully equipped valet bay incorporating smart repairs
(minor paint work), Alloy wheel refurbishment. We also offer
complete leather re-trim and alloy wheel and tyre upgrade
packages.
Step 3 ( Sales Process )
For some the most important part " THE DEAL " .Here at Big
Motoring World we go the full " 9 YARDS " to make sure you get
the very best possible deal. We have a sales staff of 10 full
time sales people (most having at least 15 years car sales
experience on average)

So you can be safe in the knowledge you
are dealing with professionals. We also have our own business
manageress to deal with all your financial needs, We are F.S.A
trained ( financial services authority ), We also have our own
on site Money Laundering Officer, We are also recognised by the
local county council and other relevant authorities.
Step 4 ( Collection )
It's time to collect your new vehicle. To make things
run as smoothly as possible we have a 'Hand Over Manager', who
will follow the progress of your car from preparation through to
collection.
Step 5 ( After sales )
Hand in hand with our workshop facility we offer a comprehensive
warranty package as well as various insurance backed products
such as Aglaze ( paint and interior protection), V.R.I ( vehicle
replacement insurance), G.A.P ( guaranteed asset protection).
These products are all there to give peace of mind and trouble
free motoring.
All in all we hope you agree Big Motoring World can show a proven
track recorded of trading in the past, an active and successful
business. At present we have massive potential for the future.
We are not part of a multi-national chain and we are not backed
by a bank or third party. We own all our stock of used vehicles.
