Due to the ongoing restrictions placed by the government to the COVID 19 epidemic, we are doing all we can to enable you to collect your car safely. All our Delivery Specialists have been trained to ensure a safe handover for everyone.
Our handovers will take place from a safe distance (at least 2 metres) and our Delivery Specialists will wear personal protective equipment to keep you both safe. Vehicle Documents and any ancillary items such as keys or SD cards will be disinfected and provided in a sterile bag.
Sales orders and paperwork will be made available online to sign prior to collection.
Payment can be made via bank transfer online. We must be in receipt of your full payment prior to collection.
Your new car has been checked over by one of our skilled mechanics before being offered for sale by us. You have a 90-day warranty that includes roadside assistance for peace of mind.
As you are collecting your car without a test drive the terms and conditions of your sale change a little bit.
24 Hour Test Drive return policy
To ensure you fully understand how this affects your purchase please carefully read the points below;
Prior to Collection
For reasons of fraud prevention, we will require a copy of your drivers’ licence and a recent utility bill dated within the last 3 months. Please send these to firstname.lastname@example.org. Use the vehicle registration as the subject line.
Upon receipt of your vehicle, it is imperative that you fully inspect its physical condition. Once you have signed to accept the vehicle we will, not accept liability for any damage which was not noted during the delivery of your vehicle.
You are entitled to 24 hours to test drive the car in which you can change your mind about your purchase. This period begins from the day you collect your vehicle to you and is valid 24 hours.
To return your vehicle
If you wish to return your vehicle then we must be notified within this 24 hour period. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to acknowledge receipt and make arrangements for your order to be cancelled.
You are liable for the vehicle from the point of accepting delivery. If you choose to cancel within the 24 hour period then you remain liable for the vehicle until the vehicle is back in our possession. You will be liable and charged, for any damage present which was not noted when you accepted delivery of the vehicle. Any cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Your vehicle must be returned to us within 24 hours of your cancellation. This 24 hour window will begin from the day we acknowledge your refund request.
Your refund will be made within 7 days of the vehicle being returned to us. This 7 day period will begin from the day we sign to accept the return of the car to our premises.
Please note that the following terms and conditions apply
To receive a full refund a maximum additional mileage of 100 miles from the recorded delivery mileage is allowed. If you cover any additional distance then an excess mileage charge of £1.00 per mile will be deducted from your final refund amount.
You will be liable for any collection costs £350 incurred and this amount will be deducted from your final refund.
Please note that, should you choose to cancel your order, collection of the vehicle will be charged at the full rate. The return journey distance from the delivery point (your residential address) to the distribution site (the location your car was collected from) does not count towards your mileage use. If your journey home (your residential address) exceeds 100 miles from the collection point, this will not be included in the mileage useage
We will fully inform you of any costs before arranging the collection and will not make any arrangements without your prior consent.
You are able to make your own arrangements for the return of the vehicle but, in doing so, accept full liability for the vehicle until it is returned to us. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be deducted from your final refund amount and, in the case of any insurance claim being raised, no refund will be made until payout from the relevant insurance company has been made to us.
No refund amount will be made until the vehicle has been inspected and signed for by a member of our team. If we intend to make any deductions from your final refund amount then you will be made aware of that amount prior to the refund.
