Here at Big Motoring World, we’re committed to putting our customers’ experience at the forefront of our business.
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to reassure you that we’re continuing to provide the high level of service that you’d expect from us.
We believe in going above and beyond in putting our customers’ needs first; from our extensive efforts to ensure vehicles are well maintained, to offering free refreshments at our sites, and staying open until 9pm on weekdays - just some of the things we do to help make your experience even more enjoyable.
Providing a sanitary environment
Rest assured that we are doing our part in helping to reduce the spread of the virus. You’ll notice that our staff are promoting cleanliness at all times by regularly cleaning surfaces and shared objects.
Every sales desk across our branches has hand sanitiser gels and we’re encouraging all of our customers and staff to use this when coming into contact with objects, surfaces, and other people.
Before you test drive one of our vehicles, a Big Motoring World sales executive will clean the door handles, steering wheel, gearstick, and handbrake lever too.
No more handshakes (sorry)
In-keeping with precautionary measures, all staff have been informed not to shake hands. Please don’t take this personally - a big warm smile or a wave will do just fine.
We will of course be more than happy to try a new greeting ritual, including a foot tap or elbow bump - we’ve practiced them all!
Finally, we want to thank you for your understanding and support as we deal with the COVID-19 outbreak. We are constantly monitoring the Public Health England website and will respond accordingly to their guidelines.
