For over three decades we have consistently sought to improve our service, as great customer service can never stand still.
Open, Honest and Transparent
We treat our customers fairly, in an open, honest and transparent fashion. Our website contains all the information customers need to make an informed decision. Available online are service histories, HPI checks, log books, MOT dates, over 20 photos of each car, finance quotes and online Part Exchange values. All costs, APRs and charges are clearly explained. We update our website every hour to remove sold cars to avoid wasted journeys for customers. We have one low price for the car, no haggle and no hard sell.
The Big Charity Drive
We actively promote fundraising and give back to charity and local good causes. Our staff can rock climb, run, abseil or bake cakes we are there supporting them and increasing their results by adding 50% more than they raise. We have raised £5000 for Kent Air Ambulance, and thousands more for numerous charities close to the hearts of our staff including cancer research and the heart foundation.
We sponsor individuals in their pursuits of Horse Riding, stock car racing and local community sports such as the local cricket and football teams.
