    STAFF POLITE AND HELPFUL HOWEVER INCURRED AN EXTRA FEE DUE TO OUT OF DATE LOG BOOK WHICH WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT - PERHAPS THE STAFF COULD HAVE MENTIONED WE NEEDED A NEW LOG BOOK WHEN SELLING US THE CAR. CAR WAS LISTED AS HAVING CLIMATE CONTROL ON WEBSITE BUT DOESN'T HAVE CLIMATE CONTROL AND NO EXPLANATION COULD BE GIVEN WHEN BEING SOLD THE CAR OTHER THAN IT WAS JUST A MISTAKE - QUITE A BIG MISTAKE AS CLIMATE CONTROL WAS IMPORTANT TO US.

    Great choice however terms and conditions were confusing

    the sales assistant i had was in experienced. there was confusion regarding export and locations fees. His manager came in and dealt with the issue. However it added unnecessary stress.

    Our seller Graeme was super friendly and really efficient. We told him we didn't have long and he got straight down to business! Appreciated.
