    Not a great experience!

    We haven't been filled with much confidence whilst purchasing this vehicle. The goal posts changed minute by minute. Initially we were told we couldn't look at cars on the forecourt, then we could. The salesman couldn't even be bothered to come out with us (it was cold!!!!!!)
    We asked if we could take the car we were possibly interested in out for a test drive, we were told we couldn't. Then we were allowed!
    The salesman did nothing to sell us the car during the test run, in fact I could probably do a better job at selling cars and I have zero knowledge of automobiles!!!!
    We paid the deposit on line, but received no email to confirm this payment. Upon arriving to collect the car, the reception lady informed us that our email, albeit incorrect had been added to another order for a Mercedes. When our car was found the incorrect phone number was attached to the order. When we received the paper work, the email on the account was wrong, despite me triple checking this on the phone with Simeon.
    I must admit, we haven't had much faith in your company. We won't be recommending you, and probably won't return.

    Overall a very impressive relaxed service. No pressure in buying and loads of support in making my decision. Beginning to end was really quick satisfying and i will recommend Big Motoring World to friends and colleagues looking for a car.
    One shortcoming was a slight error in the cost of the addons from sales to payment which lead to a £5 a month increase on the figures I received on deposit to the moment I signed the agreement; however, a blip in the experience
